Each Associate Member and Fair Member will be allowed only one room. You may request a second room, but you will be put on a waiting list.

To Make Your Own Reserverations:

Please call the Ramada Inn and ask for the Business Office or Sales Office. She will make your reservation but may not be able to assign you a room.

• Generally if you attended last year, you will be assigned the same room.
• All pool-side rooms on the first floor are already reserved.
• Reservations not made by Jan 1 will not be held.
• No room will be assigned without a reservation.

Booth Information

If you had a trade show booth last year and want one this year please pay when register for convention. If you didn't have trade show booth last year and interested in a trade show booth, please email stevekruger@nebraskafairs.org.

Advertising Policies

Recommended by Associates Meeting, Convention 2007. Approved by NAFM Board, May 5, 2007.)

• Posters or Signs are NOT allowed in the Hotel Lobby or Hallways.
• Ground floor pool-side rooms may use their designated or assigned space as they see fit.
• Second floor pool-side rooms may use balcony and railings to hang banners, posters or signs.
• A tripod or self-standing poster may be placed in the inner hall near room door.
• Exhibitors that are not in a pool-side room, first floor room or booth are limited to:
  • Five (5) posters or like signs that may be hung in the dome area in designated locations approved by the Ramada Inn.
• Please use BLUE TAPE ONLY!!
• Limit 1 handout or brochure per exhibitor may be placed on showcase chairs ONLY...Please respect this policy!
• Please No Decorating outside your room before 10am on Friday.
