• Festivals and Celebrations:

  You may complete your application for membership ONLINE using the Application for County Membership. Be sure to check the box indicating you are a "FESTIVAL/CELEBRATION" at the top in order to be charged the proper amount.

Annual Convention

• Annual Convention Online Registration Form

  You MUST complete Registration as an Associate Vendor or Member Fair before registering for the convention. Past Presidents can register for the convention once they Create an Account.

• NAFM Showcase Rules - updated Oct 16, 2019

  Vendors: you can submit a Showcase Application online AFTER you complete this year's Associate Vendors Registration form.

Award Nomination Forms

Deadline for submitting all awards is December 20th.

• Fair Person of the Year

• NAFM Service Awards

  May nominate more than one per county. Click the link above to fill out the form online.

• Outstanding Individual at the Local Level

• Associate of the Year
  (Updated 4/6/2017)
  Nominate a person for Associate of the Year. Must have been a member with the NAFM for at least 5 years. Click the link above to download the form and type in the nominee's information. Then print and mail in the completed form.

NAFM Past Presidents Scholarship

This scholarship is for students enrolled in a post high school degree, whose grandparent or parent is serving or has served on a Fair Board or Ag Society. We will give the scholarships at the NAFM convention.
